This Legal Notice governs access to and use of aerotestppl.es. Paid subscriptions are governed by the General Terms and Conditions. Accessing the website makes the visitor a User and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice as published at the time of access.

3. Service description

AEROTEST is an online platform for preparing the Private Pilot Licence (PPL) theory examination, offering test questions with explanations and images, custom tests, study mode, exam simulations, question flags, history and progress statistics. Free services include CR3 Online and a limited free assessment.

4. No affiliation with official bodies or flight schools

• AEROTEST is not affiliated with, authorised, approved, certified or sponsored by AESA, SENASA, EASA or any other aviation authority.
• AEROTEST is not an ATO or DTO, does not provide official training and does not issue administratively valid qualifications.
• References to authorities, schools or training centres are descriptive only and do not imply any relationship or endorsement.
• AEROTEST provides private study material and does not guarantee passing any official examination. Similarity claims are indicative and are not contractual guarantees.

5. Access and use

The website is free to access, except for the User’s internet connection costs. Registration and a subscription may be required for certain services.

Users must not use the website unlawfully; introduce malware; access or manipulate other users’ data; reproduce or distribute content without written permission; use automated extraction tools; use content to train or feed AI or machine-learning systems; bypass security controls; or share, resell or provide account credentials to third parties.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

AEROTEST owns or licenses the intellectual and industrial property rights in the website and its contents, including the question bank, explanations, images, text, source code, design, databases, trade marks and logos. The database is also protected by the sui generis database right under article 133 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act. The subscription grants a personal, individual, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence limited to the subscription period and the User’s own exam preparation.

7. User contributions

Users may voluntarily submit questions, proposals, corrections or suggestions. Contributions are free and unpaid; the sender warrants authorship and non-infringement and grants AEROTEST the exclusive, free rights needed to modify, translate, integrate and publish them anonymously. AEROTEST reviews and decides whether to publish them. Rights complaints may be sent to info@aerotestppl.es.

8. Links

AEROTEST does not control or accept responsibility for third-party websites linked from the Platform. Links must not use framing or make false statements about AEROTEST.

9. Liability

AEROTEST reviews its content diligently but cannot guarantee that it is entirely free from errors or outdated information. The material supports study and does not replace approved training or current aviation regulations. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Data protection and cookies

Personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy; cookies by the Cookie Policy.

11. Commercial communications

AEROTEST does not send unsolicited commercial communications, except where permitted for existing customers and similar services. Users may object or unsubscribe free of charge by writing to info@aerotestppl.es or using the link in each message.

12. Changes

AEROTEST may modify the website and this Legal Notice to reflect legal or service changes. Changes apply upon publication and will show the update date.

13. Complaints

Questions and complaints may be sent to info@aerotestppl.es. AEROTEST will acknowledge and respond within fifteen business days. AEROTEST is not a member of an alternative dispute-resolution entity; the EU online dispute-resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

14. Law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Consumers are subject to the courts required by consumer-protection rules, generally those of their domicile. Non-consumers submit to the courts of Málaga.
